The idea of establishing a charity foundation in the villages of Olela in Mit- Ghamr, Dakahlia province, Arab Republic of Egypt haunt me since I graduated from college and traveled to Austria to complete my higher studies in 1980. Since this history of nearly thirty years established a “moneybox” I called moneybox Olela where I put every penny more than I need and the needs of my family, until the day that I could it give back to my people in the village, and friends of children and youth and elders in particular the orphans.   

Has enabled me to my Professorship of geographic information systems to be close to the field of urban studies and urban, social, developmental, and often repeated to myself that it was time to convert academic studies theory to real development projects. Thus, under the slogan: “everyone in favor of a nation is valid,” and according to the concept: “charity work to see the development” as far as God for this institution to turn a dream into reality. And thank God Almighty that I am even in prolonged bear witness its results on the ground, and I ask him to make a practical interpretation of the meaning and effort where the balance of my good deeds.
Thus arose the Foundation Alkhuzamy as a charity (non-profit) is an independent, concerned to ensure and care for orphans of the village Olela Arab Republic of Egypt and the surrounding villages comprehensive care in the social, educational and health services, including guarantees of origin the emergence of a valid qualifying them to become agents of positive elements of the Renaissance and the development of their God willing, also concerned with trained and qualified for the job market, along with memorizing the Koran to all the village children in a manner in the context of promotional bonuses and incentives based on the graduates of Al-Azhar University from the village and under the supervision of the imams of mosques in the village.
Has prompted me to accelerate the establishment of this Foundation in accordance with this concept and my faith in programs that care for orphans and care for his family and demand a legitimate social, humanitarian, and the right of orphans on society must be carried out fully, and that the community is sinning by ignoring or failing it. I am convinced that the existence of a charitable foundation will contribute to an active and effective in meeting the needs of orphan and his family, without detracting from his dignity, or notice of the inferiority or weakness, as it will guarantee to deliver the highest levels of service and contributions to reach the intended recipients.
Thus arose the foundation for the collection of individual efforts scattered in the vicinity of the village and the formulation of the work of the founders of the professional in accordance with development plans integrated to achieve the principle of social partnership between orphans and their families and the foundations of official and civil society, and consistent with the real needs of society, and contribute to the integration of orphans and families in social life, and adopt talented of them to be future leaders in the areas of talent, according to a system of moral values that contribute to good governance in creating a positive cooperative in righteousness and piety.
It was not for that foundation to see the light without the efforts of dozens of the faithful in Egypt, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Austria, Algeria, who have supported me with their advice, and all of them I extend thanks and appreciation and gratitude, and I pray God Almighty to accept them, and that turn off from me and the people of the villages of the best reward, and that makes our work purely for the sake of this holy for He is able to do that.
The last prayer is praise to God and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad (Allah Bless Him).
