Includes a number of public figures in the village of stakeholders and know the conditions of poor families and families of orphans, also includes representatives of major shareholders, the Board of Trustees develop strategic goals, and approval of projects and programs, and follow-up implementation.

Executive Director:
Manages the affairs of the institution and follow the implementation of the recommendations and resolutions of the Board of Trustees, and reports periodically achievements, to be appointed by the Board of Trustees.

Executive Committee:
Implement all the tasks and commitment to the objectives of the Foundation, consisting of all the teachers, doctors and professional social service, secretarial, headed directly from the Executive Director.

Working Groups:
The Executive Committee shall form a permanent working groups founded on volunteers, and chaired by a member of the Executive Committee, and make periodic reports on its activities, and operates in the following areas:
– Team follow-up study.
– Team teaching the Koran.
– The health care team
– Team of Social Welfare Team
– recreational and cultural programs
– Project team and resource development
– Public relations team and partnership
